I'm a GTM executive who builds systems. At Apartment List, I lead a ~95-person organization spanning Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, Enablement, and Strategy. My job is to make the engine run and make it scale.
Outside of my day job, I invest in multifamily real estate and advise technology businesses where I can add genuine value. I'm not a generalist advisor. I go deep or I don't go.
I started Modern GTM because I was tired of surface-level takes. The newsletter is where I build the playbook in public: what's working, what isn't, and why it matters for the people actually running revenue.
I'm building toward a full-time consultancy. This site is the first stake in the ground.
